Teodor Georgiev

Head of the Legal Department of Nestlé Bulgaria. Teodor Georgiev is a lawyer and economist specializing in competition and corporate law and media regulation. He started his career in 2014 as a legal advisor at the Commission for Protection of Competition and subsequently headed the legal department. In 2018, Theodore joined the legal team of Nova TV’s media group, where he provides comprehensive legal services to the media company’s TV, radio, digital and newspaper businesses. From April 2022, he takes over the leadership of the Legal and Compliance department at Nestlé Bulgaria. Theodore is convinced that at the heart of sustainable development is the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of every individual, community and organisation.
