Executive director of the advertising agency reforma
She has been working in advertising and PR for 15 years and has accumulated experience for managing processes in all spheres of communication - advertising, PR, media planning and purchasing, strategic planning, advertising management. Her work experience in advertising began in 1998 in McCann-Erickson. In 2005 she founded the PR agency OT-DO Consult, of which she has been the head until 2012. During the years of her management, the PR agency became one of the leaders in the field and won many clients and awards. It is one of the most awarded PR agencies in Bulgaria for 2012, and won the prestigious PR Prize 2012 on Bright Awards in the category Campaign of the Year.
From 2009 until now Desislava has been the executive director of the advertising agency reforma. In that period, reforma succeeds in establishing itself as one of the most prominent agencies on the Bulgarian market, asserting the high ethical and artistic criteria in the field through its work. reforma is one of the most awarded Bulgarian agencies for the last 3 years on our market.
Two type of complaints may be submitted to the National Council for Self-regulation in case of a breach of:
1. Ethical Code - related to the content (misleading, offensive, inappropriate for children etc.) of an advertisement or any other form of commercial communiaction or
2. Rules for Online Behavioral Advertising (OBA) - related to targeted at selected internet users behavioural advertising. To learn about OBA and what you can do prior to submitting an OBA complaint.
А Complaint is a formal document, claim, plea or request, concerning any form of commercial communication which gives proof of breach of the ethical rules or indicates a possible breach that requires further investigation.
