Rumiana Karlova is a Master of Laws, she has graduated Sofia University Kliment and Methodius. She also holds a masters degree in European Intergartion at the Centre for European Studies, in co-operation with the College for European Law in Bruges, Belgium.
From 1992 to 2010 she worked for the Competition Protection Commission and has been a member of the Commission itself from 2003 to 2009.
Since 2003 she has been an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
Rumiana is a consultant of Trade and Competition Law mahazine at the Labour and Law Publishing House. She is also an author of various publications in the filed of the competition law.
Currently Rumiana is the manager of Trivia Legal Advice.
Two type of complaints may be submitted to the National Council for Self-regulation in case of a breach of:
1. Ethical Code - related to the content (misleading, offensive, inappropriate for children etc.) of an advertisement or any other form of commercial communiaction
or
